It only accepts the Overactive Imagination (10%) mod

The icy hilt is undoubtedly fixed, just like the fiery hilt on the FDS.

Get a 10/10 sundering, or a +30 Hp. That'll make it perfect as you put it, as the beginning mod <icy hilt> can't be over-wrote, just like the FDS.
